I'm Shaily, a Creative Director with 20 years of experience building brands that feel as good as they perform.

My work lives at the intersection of strategy and execution. I've led creative across brand identity, integrated campaigns, packaging, digital, photography, and video for consumer brands, tech companies, and startups that are still figuring out who they are. I'm equally comfortable in a brand strategy session and in Figma at midnight. Both are where the real work happens.

I run Aurange Creative, a boutique studio focused on CPG and lifestyle brands. Before that, I spent nearly a decade as Head of Creative at eharmony, leading omnichannel creative at scale. I've built from scratch and I've operated inside complex organizations. I know what both feel like, and I bring that range to everything I do.
