I’m Shaily, a Creative Director and designer who focuses on building brands and campaigns that feel clear, intentional, and cohesive across every touchpoint.

I work at the intersection of brand, campaign, and execution. My background spans 18+ years across tech, wellness, beauty, consumer brands, and culture, leading work that includes brand identity, integrated campaigns, digital and CRM, photography, video, and physical brand moments. I care deeply about how ideas translate from strategy to real-world execution, and I’m most interested in work that balances strong creative instincts with business goals and performance.

I approach creative direction as both intuitive and practical. The work needs to feel good, but it also needs to work. I’m highly collaborative and believe the best ideas come from strong partnerships, whether that’s with founders, marketers, product teams, or fellow creatives.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, deeply interested in food, wellness, and culture, and always paying attention to how brands show up in the world. I’m curious by nature, enjoy experimenting with new tools including AI, and stay closely connected to what feels current, useful, and human.
